- Location of infringing content on our site (URL)

- Statement that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent
- Your physical or electronic signature
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward it to the complainant and restore content in 10-14 business days unless they file suit.
Repeat Infringers
We will terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
